A place of friendly discussion about whatever God has put on my heart. Christian thoughts, politics, ramblings, and intelligent ideas (from other people). This is about the good things in life . . . mostly. Even strong disagreements are fine . . . mostly. Know that Jesus Loves you no matter what you've ever done . . . ALWAYS. IF you want to keep up with blogs email me to initiate my "blogsend" and it will automatically send you updates. ( goodnewsmostly@gmail.com )

AD = anno Domini or What?

Yes, political correctness has hit a new low. Now textbooks dare not mention A.D. as anno Domini, (aka the year of our Lord), representing the year Christ was born. No, since there is some question that this long-standing calendar is a few years off that the whole system is wrong. Yes, after 2,000 years, "our Lord" being born is no match for the more wise fellows that run our academic institutions.

Just know that no matter what the year "is," God knows when it's time to call Jesus back to judge the world. One can take Jesus out the year but the year knows who made time and when eternity comes on the White Horse.
